Ambassador Louise Blais, the Canadian Ambassador to the United Nations [is the most interesting leader I have met from outside the U.S.] She has the ability to relate to people from all walks of life, from the highest level CEO and ranking government officials to the ordinary person on the street. She makes all feel just as important, which is how she has become such an effective leader.
